Lee has over 25 years’ experience of working in the drinks industry and over that time has worked with both multi-national corporates and family businesses, the latter being very much the preferred choice due to the passion of real people making real drinks.

Having worked with some of the biggest drinks brands in the world across China, Europe, the US and as far afield as Australia, working across various international roles, Lee ventured into the world of Original Gin, when he joined the Hayman Family at their distillery based out of London in 2016.

A passionate believer in a fabulous liquid being the backbone of any drink, backed up with an authentic truth and history behind the brand, a true advocate of a classic Hayman’s London Dry G&T, but also very much a fan of a Hayman’s Royal Dock Navy Strength Gimlet.
